Galvanized Steel Roll Information
The production process of galvanized stell rolls mainly includes:steel coil pickling, cleaning, pretreatment, baking, galvanizing, cooling, coiling, etc.Hot dip galvanizing is to pickle iron and steel parts first,In order to remove iron oxide on the surface of iron and steel parts, after pickling, it is cleaned in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride.And then sent to the hot-dip plating bath.
Galvanized steel roll defined as a carbon steel sheet coated with zinc on both sides.A zinc coating is one of the most effective and economical methods of protecting bare steel from a corroding environment. The zinc not only serves as a barrier between the steel and the environment, it will sacrifice itself to protect the underlying steel sheet.
Spangle:Galvanization or galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rusting.The size of crystallites (grains) in galvanized coatings is a visible and aesthetic feature, known as "spangle".
Zinc Coated:With the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness as substrate, it is produced through applying the zinc coat on both faces by hot dip process.

Galvanized Steel Roll Technology
1.Tension Leveler
Tensile straightening is to stretch and straighten the steel coil to obtain excellent plate shape.

After the zinc ingot is stacked in the pot, the zinc pot is heated through the console of the zinc pot, and the
temperature is kept. The zinc ingot is melted into zinc liquid.
3.Coiler
The galvanized steel coi1 along with the arbor wheel be neatly organized into rolls, normally per coil is 3-5 tons.
